Costs Swarovski Repair

The cost of repairing a Swarovski statue is €15 per glue surface . Because the crystal is very fragile, we take the time to work extremely precisely. We always discuss the costs in advance, so that you are not faced with any surprises.

Bring or send Swarovski image

If you live far from Ermelo, you can send your Swarovski statue for repair. We have 50 years of experience with remote Swarovski repairs. Send the statue well packed, preferably in the original Swarovski box, to: Stationsstraat 101a, 3851NC Ermelo. Swarovski crystal is fragile and can be damaged during shipping, so make sure you use sturdy packaging. Add a covering letter with your name, telephone number, email and address. Email us at info@juweliervandam.nl to report the arrival of your package. After receipt, we will check whether the statue can be repaired, what the costs are and how long the repair will take. You will receive a quote and decide for yourself whether you agree.

Would you rather bring the statue in person? This is the safest option, because it prevents damage during transport. You can often get a price indication immediately and in some cases the repair is completed within two hours. If you prefer not to pick it up yourself, we can send it to you after the repair. Make an appointment in advance, so that our Swarovski specialist has time for you. Repairs start from €15 per glue surface.

Why have your Swarovski statue repaired?

A broken Swarovski statue is a shame, especially if it is a valuable or beloved piece. Instead of putting it away or replacing it, you can have it repaired by specialists. Juwelier van Dam is the only specialized Swarovski repair team in the Netherlands and repairs hundreds of Swarovski statues every year. Our experience of more than 50 years and precise working method ensure that your statue is restored to perfect condition. Thanks to our expertise, we can even expertly glue complex fractures, so that you can hardly see that the statue has been repaired.

1. Straight broken parts

We can almost always glue parts that have been broken off straight. For this we do not use standard superglue or glass glue, but a special UV-curing glue. This creates a seamless connection without air bubbles or visible glue residue.

We strongly advise against gluing it yourself, as this requires extreme precision and craftsmanship.

2. Splintered or lost broken parts

In the case of splintered fractures, gluing is more difficult, because the fracture line is no longer smooth. We try to attach the loose part as well as possible, but there is a chance that it will not adhere as firmly.

Unfortunately we cannot reorder individual Swarovski parts. Without the broken piece a complete repair is not possible.
