The Seiko Sharp Edged SPB229J1 features a robust stainless steel case with a diameter of 39.3 mm and a thickness of 11.5 mm. The black case and dial form an elegant combination, while the gray hour, minute and second hands provide a subtle contrast. The watch is equipped with a sapphire crystal that is known for its scratch resistance and durability, which ensures a bright and clear display of the time. The screw-down case back and pull crown contribute to the water resistance of 10 bar, making the watch suitable for swimming and other water activities.
The beating heart of this watch is the Seiko 6R35 caliber, a mechanical automatic movement renowned for its reliability and precision. This movement offers an impressive power reserve of 70 hours, allowing you to wear the watch without worry, even if you don’t use it for several days. With a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour and 24 jewels, this movement offers smooth and accurate timekeeping.
