How long do I have to return an item?
You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason. Within this period, you can calmly decide if the item meets your expectations.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the account you used for payment within a maximum of 2 weeks. You will receive a confirmation from us as soon as the refund has been processed.
Do I have to pay for returns?
The cost of returning an item is at your own expense. We do this deliberately, partly to reduce unnecessary shipments and thus the environmental impact. We therefore ask you to carefully consider whether you truly wish to order an item.
Ordering multiple items to try on
We understand that you sometimes hesitate between different items. However, to limit unnecessary shipments and their associated environmental impact, we ask you to determine as much as possible beforehand which item best suits your needs. Should you still wish to try out multiple items, the return costs will be at your own expense.
Can I return worn items?
Items can be returned if they are unworn and undamaged. It is not a problem if you have tried on an item once or worn it briefly to see if it meets your expectations. However, if there are signs of wear, stains, damage, or other clear indications of use on the item, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.
Missed the return deadline, what now?z
